Aker Solutions reported Q4 2025 revenues of Nkr16.7bn, a 6% increase from the previous year. Full-year revenues hit Nkr63.2bn, marking a 19% growth. EBITDA for Q4 was Nkr1.3bn with a 7.9% margin, while order intake reached Nkr19.6bn in the same period.

The company made progress on its Aker BP portfolio, delivering key projects in 2025. Joint venture SLB OneSubsea reported $3.8bn in revenues for the year. Aker Solutions expects 2026 revenues between Nkr45bn and Nkr50bn, with EBITDA margins of 7.0% to 7.5%, excluding SLB OneSubsea income.

CEO Kjetel Digre highlighted solid project execution and innovation in achieving ambitious targets. A six-year frame agreement was signed with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia for brownfield maintenance and modification services at offshore Norwegian fields Eldfisk and Ekofisk.

Overall, Aker Solutions is positioning itself for long-term value creation beyond current projects, strengthening its offerings for future markets.
