Astera Labs beat fourth-quarter earnings estimates but saw shares drop 10% due to revenue missing expectations. Revenue was $271 million, up 92% YoY, with net income of $45 million. First-quarter revenue is projected to be $286-297 million. CFO Mike Tate is stepping down, replaced by Desmond Lynch from Rambus. Amazon holds $43 million in Astera Labs shares and was issued a new warrant to buy $466 million worth of stock. Astera Labs opened a research center in Israel to access more talent. Founded by former Texas Instruments executives in 2017, the company has deals with Nvidia, AMD, Intel, and Amazon.
