IHG Hotels & Resorts signed a franchise agreement for Garner Bhiwadi in India’s National Capital Region. The 45-room hotel, set to open in 2027, is the brand’s fourth signing in India, meeting the demand for reliable hospitality in expanding commercial areas.

Garner, part of IHG’s midscale segment, offers affordable accommodation with a focus on a relaxed, flexible experience. The upcoming hotel in Bhiwadi will cater to both short and extended stays, providing modern amenities for busy travellers.

IHG’s strategic expansion in India includes the introduction of Garner in emerging tier-two cities like Bhiwadi. The brand’s growth aligns with the company’s goal of capitalizing on opportunities in India’s industrial cities, aiming to provide quality hospitality assets in vibrant markets.

In addition to the Garner agreement, IHG recently entered a management agreement with Rajdeep Infra & Sales to establish a new voco brand hotel in Lucknow, India. The brand continues to expand its presence in the country to cater to the diverse needs of travellers and developers.
