Capgemini’s net profit for 2025 declined by 4.2% to €1.6bn, while revenue increased by 1.7% to €22.5bn. Basic EPS dropped by 3.7% to €9.46, but normalised EPS rose by 5.8% to €12.95. Bookings totalled €24.4bn, with an operating margin of 13.3% and a book-to-bill ratio of 1.08.

In Q4, Capgemini achieved 10.6% revenue growth, driven by demand for cloud, data, AI, and digital services. The strategic acquisition of WNS further boosted growth. The company aims for 6.5% to 8.5% revenue growth in 2026, focusing on AI-led transformation programmes.

CEO Aiman Ezzat highlighted Capgemini’s strategic focus on AI, Intelligent Operations, and digital sovereignty. The company aims to address challenges in enterprise AI adoption by leveraging domain expertise and partner ecosystems. Ezzat emphasized the importance of measurable outcomes and operational integration for AI success.
