Zeus Packaging Group has acquired KOEX Packaging Solutions in Spain, expanding its integrated packaging services in Europe and North America. The deal aims to increase group revenue to €600m ($710.4m) by 2026 with over 1,500 employees worldwide. KOEX serves brands like Burger King, McDonald’s, Nike, and more, and will join Zeus. Financial institutions like AIB, ING, and Rabobank supported the transaction. Last month, Zeus partnered with Engelmann & Buckham to provide automation services in the UK.
