Samsung Electronics Co. projects over $100 million revenue from advanced chip packaging in 2024, revealed co-CEO Kye-Hyun Kyung. The company established this as a separate business unit last year, with results expected in the second half of this year. Kyung announced this during Samsung’s annual general shareholders’ meeting in South Korea.
