The best ETFs had returns ranging from 34.9% to -16.7%. The best performers in Q1 2024 were Amundi MSCI Semiconductors ESG Screened UCITS ETF, VanEck Semiconductor UCITS ETF, VanEck Defense ETF, iShares Edge MSCI USA Momentum Factor UCITS ETF, and HSBC NASDAQ Global Semiconductor UCITS ETF. These top-performing funds saw returns between 18.5% and 34.9%. The worst performers in the same time frame included VanEck Rare Earth & Strategic Metals UCITS ETF, Invesco Solar Energy UCITS ETF, Global X Lithium & Battery Tech UCITS ETF, Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF, and iShares Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF. These worst-performing ETFs saw returns between -16.7% and -11.7%. The best performing ETF was the Amundi MSCI Semiconductors ESG Screened UCITS ETF, which had a 34.9% return. The second best was VanEck Semiconductor UCITS ETF with a 23.8% return. The worst performing ETF was the VanEck Rare Earth & Strategic Metals UCITS ETF, with a -16.7% return.
