Semantix Announces Voluntary Delisting from the Nasdaq
From GlobeNewswire: 2024-04-04 17:01:00
Semantix, Inc. (NASDAQ: STIX) has decided to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares and warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market due to non-compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The company intends to file a Form 25 with the SEC to remove its securities from listing on April 15, 2024, and suspend reporting obligations by April 30, 2024. Delisting was prompted by the costs associated with being a publicly traded company, auditing, legal expenses, and burdens on management. Following delisting, Semantix’s securities may only be traded privately or potentially on an over-the-counter market.
