The 38-year-old also invests in new ventures like Helion and Retro Biosciences, with his fortune including prime real estate in California and Hawaii. Altman clarified he does not own equity in OpenAI, valued at around $80 billion. Last week, Taylor Swift joined the Forbes billionaire list with an estimated $1.1 billion fortune.
