An appellate court approved Disney’s request for a two-month delay in a federal lawsuit against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his appointees for Walt Disney World’s governing district. The pause comes after a settlement was reached in separate state court litigation. Last month, a deal was struck between Disney and the DeSantis-appointed Central Florida Tourism Oversight District to resolve two Florida lawsuits.
