Cathie Wood’s Ark Investment reveals its investment in OpenAI, a leader in AI technology. The Ark Venture fund has put $54 million into OpenAI, aiming to capitalize on their cutting-edge innovations. Ark Invest believes there is massive market potential for AI companies, estimating $16 trillion market cap by 2030.

Ark Investment shows confidence in OpenAI’s innovations, particularly the new Sora model, a text-to-video generative AI tool. The fund has allocated 4% of its holdings to OpenAI and also invested in rival Anthropic. Despite challenges with Tesla stock, Ark Invest remains optimistic and continues to grow its position in the company.

Ark Investment’s portfolio includes SpaceX, Epic Games Inc., and other tech giants. Around 80% of the fund’s holdings are in private companies, with daily asset value updates for transparency. The firm remains focused on disruptive technologies and sees great potential in the growing AI industry.
