First half business review

From GlobeNewswire: 2024-04-16 11:51:00

Derichebourg Group recently experienced a cyberattack that temporarily disrupted business operations, leading to estimated financial losses of €15 million to €20 million. Economic downturns in certain markets also affected the company, resulting in a projected first half recurring EBITDA of €140 million to €145 million, down from last year.

Due to the cyberattack and challenging economic conditions, Derichebourg Group is unlikely to meet its €350 million EBITDA target for 2024. Revised targets now range between €300 million and €310 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of €315 million to €330 million. First half results will be released on May 29.

Despite these challenges, Derichebourg Group remains resilient compared to competitors, with a solid financial position and compliance with financial covenants as of March 31, 2024. The company expresses confidence in its business model and expects to navigate through the current difficulties successfully.
