Starbucks and Workers United, representing 400 cafes, made “significant progress” in contract talks. The two parties discussed grievances, union representation, and other topics in Atlanta. This is the first time in nearly a year they came to the bargaining table, following a bitter stalemate. More work lies ahead. Next meeting planned for May.
