SVB Financial Group announced the sale of its investment platform business, SVB Capital, to Pinegrove Capital Partners. The deal, supported by key creditor groups, is pending bankruptcy court approval. Pinegrove, backed by Brookfield and Sequoia Heritage, will operate SVB Capital independently. SVB Financial filed for bankruptcy after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.
