OpenAI’s ChatGPT is currently facing issues producing responses, with error messages appearing on Android, iOS app and web versions. On May 3, 90% of OpenAI outages were related to ChatGPT, while 8% and 2% had problems with the website and login. Global users are reporting widespread outages on social media, with no acknowledgment from OpenAI yet.

Last month, 91% of users faced challenges with ChatGPT, prompting OpenAI to recognize increased latency and errors. The outage affected both ChatGPT and APIs, leading to a service restart shortly after the problem was identified.
