OpenAI reportedly plans to launch an AI-powered search engine to rival Google during Google I/O 2024. The search engine is said to provide answers to queries with citations from online sources and images when needed. Google, on the other hand, is enhancing its AI models and chatbots while considering offering its Search Generative Experience as a paid product.
