Frontier Airlines will stop charging customers a fee to change flights, following new rules targeting “junk fees.” The budget airline’s pricing overhaul includes new bundles with add-ons like carry-on bags and seat assignments for $30 to $100 more than basic fares. Flight credits are now valid for 12 months. Live phone support is also back.
