1) OpenAI released its latest GPT-4o language model with multimodal capabilities for real-time communication across audio, vision, and text. Google unveiled new AI models and upgrades at I/O 2024, including Project Astra to rival GPT-4o. Apple rolled out the iOS 17.5 update with improved features and a new Repair State option.

2) Google introduced Gemini 1.5 Flash and AI updates at I/O 2024, planning to challenge OpenAI’s GPT-4o. They also revealed Veo, their response to OpenAI’s Sora text-to-video generator. Apple might enhance the displays of iPhone 16 Pro models with larger screens and increased brightness.

3) Apple is rumored to enlarge the screen size on iPhone 16 Pro models this year, offering more display real estate. The OLED screens on the Pro models may see a 20% increase in peak brightness for SDR content, reaching 1,200 nits. iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are expected to maintain their previous display sizes.
