Two NASA astronauts, Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore, to ride Starliner to International Space Station for first crewed mission after delays. Starliner’s final benchmark test before routine crewed missions to ISS. SpaceX’s Crew Dragon has been NASA’s primary ISS taxi since 2021. Starliner experienced uncrewed test flights in 2019 and 2022.
