OpenAI and News Corp. sign deal to use news content for enhancing products

OpenAI and News Corp. have signed a multiyear deal allowing OpenAI to use content from News Corp. publications like The Wall Street Journal and The Daily Telegraph to enhance products and respond to user questions. The arrangement does not include access to other News Corp. businesses and News Corp. will ensure journalistic standards. Moody’s Ratings sees this partnership as a positive step for News Corp. OpenAI has also signed deals with other media companies and social media platforms like Reddit.
