Apple has signed a deal with OpenAI to provide chatbot functionality in iOS 18, as reported by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman. The iPhone maker is also in talks with Google to offer Gemini as an “option” for AI features. Apple may be working on its own Ajax AI model alongside these partnerships. This development could be unveiled at Apple’s WWDC developer event in June.
