UBS plans to choose a successor to CEO Sergio Ermotti from a shortlist of three internal candidates in about three years. The potential successors could be revealed as early as next year’s annual meeting, including Iqbal Khan, Robert Karofsky, Beatriz Martin, and Sabine Keller-Busse. No final decision on the shortlist has been made yet.
