PwC has become OpenAI’s largest customer, signing a deal to accelerate AI adoption in the US and UK. The agreement makes PwC the first ChatGPT Enterprise reseller and the largest customer of that product. The move aims to enhance business and industry solutions for clients.

The deal allows PwC to utilize ChatGPT Enterprise across its workforce, leveraging generative AI with 950 of its top 1,000 consulting clients. This partnership with OpenAI builds on PwC’s three-year $1 billion investment in AI, providing employees access to the latest ChatGPT models, including the ChatGPT-4o version.

PwC sees the adoption of AI tools as transformative, enhancing internal processes to deliver greater value to clients while maintaining responsible AI practices.
