Delaware judge allows 70,000 suits against Zantac makers to proceed, citing expert testimony that the drug may cause cancer. GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Boehringer Ingelheim to appeal. NDMA, a cancer-causing chemical, found in some Zantac pills in 2019. FDA requested drug be removed from market in 2020. Numerous lawsuits claiming Zantac caused cancer filed.
