Realty Income has raised its dividend 125 times since 1994, with a 4.3% compound growth rate and a yield above 6%. Extra Space Storage has boosted its dividend by nearly 245% over a decade, yielding over 4.5%. Mid-America Apartment Communities declared its 122nd consecutive quarterly dividend, rising 5% last year and yielding over 4.5%.
