UBS analysts note that Apple’s App Store revenue growth in May showed a 12% increase year-on-year, marking a solid uptick from April’s 9% growth despite a tougher comparison. The growth was seen in both the US and rest of the world, but still tracking slightly below the broader services revenue outlook of +12.7%. Analysts estimate App Store growth is currently at 10.6%. With the App Store accounting for about 25% of Services revenue, other categories will need to grow in order to meet the guide.
