Telephone and Data Systems (TDS) Sells OneNeck to Boost Fiber

Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) has agreed to sell its subsidiaries, OneNeck IT Solutions LLC and OneNeck Data Center Holdings LLC, to US Signal Company, LLC. The transaction will close in Q3 2024 pending customary approvals, strengthening TDS’ fiber program with the funds generated.

US Signal will integrate OneNeck’s multi-cloud solutions to expand its data center footprint, enhancing service offerings and technical capabilities for customers. This consolidation in the digital infrastructure sector will see US Signal grow from nine to 15 data centers, positioning the company for greater market presence and growth opportunities.
