Microsoft is now valued above $3 trillion, with CEO Satya Nadella holding roughly 800,000 shares worth $339 million. Vice Chair Brad Smith owns 554,587 shares, while CFO Amy Hood has 484,692 shares. Former CEO Steve Ballmer’s last disclosed stake of 333 million shares could be worth $140 billion. Bill Gates owns around 103 million shares, worth $42 billion.

According to a recent SEC filing, Microsoft insiders Brad Smith and Amy Hood may own more shares than CEO Satya Nadella. Smith, the vice chair, holds 554,587 shares valued at $235 million, while CFO Hood has 484,692 shares when including deferred compensation. Former CEO Steve Ballmer once held 333 million shares.
