Apple Inc. is expanding the availability of its mixed-reality headset, Apple Vision Pro, to new countries and regions starting June 28. Pre-orders will be available in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore on June 13, with Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the U.K. following suit on June 28.

CEO Tim Cook expressed excitement about bringing spatial computing to more customers worldwide. Apple also announced visionOS 2, the first major software update for the Vision Pro headset, introducing features like spatial photos, hand gestures, Mac Virtual Display, Travel Mode, and Guest User capabilities.

Users can now create spatial photos using existing images, access information with hand gestures, and share immersive experiences with loved ones through the Vision Pro headset. The latest software update aims to enhance the spatial computing experience and bring virtual content to life for users.
