Austrian group files privacy complaint against Google for alleged browser tracking

Austrian advocacy group NOYB filed a complaint against Alphabet’s Google for allegedly tracking Chrome Web browser users. Google is phasing out third-party cookies to protect privacy, offering ad privacy features in Chrome. NOYB claims Google tracks users without proper consent, filing a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority.
