Oracle co-founder and CTO, Larry Ellison, sees his net worth soar by over $15 billion after positive fourth-quarter earnings results. Forbes reports his fortune at $171.1 billion, making him the world’s fifth-richest person. Oracle CEO Safra Catz anticipates strong AI demand to drive future growth, as shares hit a record $140.

Oracle’s fourth-quarter revenues reach $14.29 billion, with a 3% year-over-year increase. Net income also rises, but Oracle plans to pay a 40 cent per share dividend in July. The tech giant, led by Ellison, is shifting its world headquarters to Nashville after being based in Austin since 2020.
