Tesla stockholders approve CEO performance award and relocating to Texas

Tesla Inc. announced that stockholders approved the CEO Performance Award and the redomestication of the company to Texas. The company has completed all necessary filings for the conversion and is now officially incorporated in Texas. A proposal to reduce director terms to one year was rejected by stockholders. Tesla’s proposal to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as their independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, was approved.
