Autonomys, formerly Subspace, introduces a decentralized AI stack called Autonomys, designed for human + AI collaboration. It includes distributed storage, compute, and dApps. Autonomys ID is a decentralized identity protocol ensuring secure interactions. The Autonomys Network, based on the Subspace Protocol, offers storage and compute rewards through PoAS and PoS consensus mechanisms.
Autonomys ID, an integral part of the deAI stack, provides rule-based access controls for secure, ethical AI interactions. Users can establish and verify identities on-chain, allowing control over AI agents’ permissions. Auto ID ensures accountability and trust between humans and AI, fostering a secure and ethical AI environment for collaboration and transactions.
Autonomys, formerly known as Subspace, was founded in 2021 by Jeremiah Wagstaff and Nazar Mokrynskyi. The project raised $4.5 million in seed funding and $33 million in a strategic financing round in 2022. Autonomys aims to integrate web3 and AI at Internet-scale, with a focus on scalability and decentralized autonomy for users.
Labhesh Patel, Autonomys’ CEO, leads the vision of enabling web3 x AI integration through Autonomys Network. The project aims to create a foundation layer for secure and accountable AI collaboration. Auto ID, part of the AI3.0 mission, will provide secure Proof-of-Personhood atop the Autonomys AI stack. The team is focused on mainnet launch in Q3 2024.
