Technology stocks, including XLK and XSD, were up in premarket trading, with XLK rising 0.2% and XSD 1.4% higher. Activist investor Starboard Value met with Autodesk executives to discuss concerns, leading Autodesk stock to rise nearly 5% before market open.

Aaron’s stock surged over 32% after agreeing to be acquired by IQVentures for $10.10 per share in cash, totaling approximately $504 million. Meanwhile, Meta Platforms is potentially facing a fine for violating the EU’s Digital Markets Act, causing its stock to dip 0.4% premarket.
