Identiv shares rose 4.4% after legal proceedings were launched against Tageos in Europe for alleged anti-competitive practices. Apple is delaying AI platform launch in the EU due to competition rule uncertainties. Apple shares increased by 0.4%.

Alphabet’s Google is pausing real-money games on Play Store globally due to lack of central app approval authority. Alphabet shares went up by 2.1%.
