Norbit ASA successfully completes a private placement, raising approximately NOK 200 million at a price per share of NOK 77. Primary insiders and close associates are allocated Offer Shares. Reitan Kapital lends existing shares to facilitate settlement. After completion, Reitan Kapital’s shareholding will be reduced to 0.41%. The Board issues Offer Shares in the Private Placement, subscribed by Managers and delivered to Reitan Kapital.
