RVNL shares hit record high of Rs 498.05, up 18.94%, gained 169.81% in 2024

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd shares surged 18.94% to hit a record high of Rs 498.05, settling 17.36% higher at Rs 491.45. The stock has gained 169.81% in 2024. The railway PSU signed an MoU with Delhi Metro for upcoming projects and won a Rs 132.59 crore Central Railway contract.

Technical analysis suggests support at Rs 470 with a potential upside target of Rs 520 in the near term. Trading range expected between Rs 425 and Rs 515. RVNL works on projects for Indian Railways on a turnkey basis. The government holds a 54.03% stake in the company as of March 2024.
