Honeywell announced the purchase of Air Products’ LNG business for $1.81 billion in cash, expanding their technology portfolio. CEO Vimal Kapur’s strategy focuses on automation, aviation, and energy transition. The acquisition of CAES Systems for $1.9 billion is set to increase Honeywell’s earnings per share and is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the year.
