Goldman Sachs appeals U.S. Federal Reserve’s stress test results, facing increased capital requirement following the regulator’s recent assessment. The annual stress test showed U.S. banks could withstand economic turmoil, but Goldman Sachs saw a 25.4% loss on credit card loans, leading to a 94 basis points increase in stress capital buffer.
