Indian benchmark indices reach new record highs, with specific stocks supporting the frontline indices.

Indian benchmark indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty50, reach new record highs during the intraday trade on Tuesday. The BSE Sensex hits a lifetime high of 80,898, surpassing the previous high set on July 12, 2024. The Nifty50 also hits a new high of 24,661. Stocks of Bharti Airtel, Infosys, Tata Steel, Tech M, M&M, HUL, and ICICI Bank, rise between 0.5% to 2%, supporting the frontline indices. The BSE MidCap and SmallCap indices rise up to 0.56% as well. In terms of sectoral indices, the Nifty Realty gains 1.3%, while the Nifty PSU Bank falls by 0.26%.
