Invesco Russell 1000 Dynamic Multifactor ETF experienced the biggest outflow with 37,610,000 units destroyed, a 24.9% decrease. Amazon.com and Microsoft are down in morning trading. SARK ETF had the largest percentage decrease, losing 1,525,000 units, a 34.9% decline from the previous week. Market trends in ETF outflows are fluctuating.
