Nexus Industrial REIT (TSX: NXR.UN) plans to release financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, on August 15, 2024, before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The REIT will distribute $0.05333 per unit, totaling $0.64 annually, to unit holders on record as of July 31, 2024, on August 15, 2024. Another distribution of the same amount will be paid on September 16, 2024, to holders on record as of August 30, 2024.
