CrowdStrike has confirmed this issue and is currently investigating the cause, as reported by Times Now News. The news source, citing reports and a highlighted post on CrowdStrike’s forum, mentions that Windows users are encountering these “blue screen of death” (BSOD) errors following a recent CrowdStrike update.

The Guardian reports that various sectors, including banking, supermarkets, and media companies, are facing nationwide outages. ABC is one of the impacted media companies. An internal email within ABC, as per the source, suggests that Windows terminals across the country are experiencing the “blue screens of death.” This problem is currently causing disruptions in several TV and radio studios, with many radio stations being offline.
Crwd is down more than 9.78% in overnight trading. Msft is also down more than 1.9% in overnight trading.
