Four years ago, Bitcoin (BTC) was last seen below $10,000, marking a significant turning point. In July 2020, Bitcoin began a price run, eventually reaching highs above $65,000 in April 2021. Bitcoin bid farewell to sub-$10,000 levels since then, experiencing highs above $74,000 in March 2022.

VanEck predicts a bold $2.9 million BTC price by 2050, with Bitcoin potentially becoming a vital part of the world monetary system. If events align, Bitcoin’s price could climb by 44 times, gaining 16% annually and reaching a market capitalization of $61 trillion. Bitcoin was up 4.58% at $67,166 at the time of writing.
