CVR Energy, Inc. reported a second-quarter net income of $21 million attributable to CVR Energy stockholders, with EBITDA at $103 million and adjusted EBITDA at $87 million. Earnings per diluted share were 21 cents and adjusted earnings per diluted share were 9 cents. Cash dividend declared at 50 cents per share. CVR Partners announced a cash distribution of $1.90 per common unit.

The Petroleum Segment reported a second-quarter net income of $18 million and EBITDA of $56 million with refining margins at $185 million. Nitrogen Fertilizer Segment reported net income of $26 million with average realized gate prices for UAN and ammonia reduced compared to previous year. Total debt and finance lease obligations were $1.6 billion at June 30, 2024.

CVR Energy announced a second-quarter cash dividend of 50 cents per share. CVR Partners also declared a cash distribution of $1.90 per common unit.
