Over 400 Osprey aircraft delivered, used by U.S. Air Force, Marines, and Navy in Japan and beyond. USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier relies on them for supplies and personnel transport. Flight Safety Foundation reports over 50 personnel deaths in Osprey crashes, with over 20 occurring post-2007 service entry.
