Barclays analysts reported that $14 million left regulated spot ETFs in the US last week. This included $118 million exiting Grayscale’s Ethereum Trust, but $2 million flowed into Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust. VanEck Ethereum ETF saw $8 million in outflows, while iShares Ethereum Trust ETF had $76 million in inflows.

Coinbase, custodian for several ETFs, may benefit from growth in assets under management and trading activity. However, competition for trading volume could be a challenge. Trading volumes for ETF products represent about 2% of spot crypto trading volumes.

Barclays will no longer publish weekly reports on Ethereum ETF flows, shifting focus to their monthly crypto report. The nine spot Ethereum ETFs launched on July 23rd, following the debut of spot Bitcoin ETFs on January 11th after years of opposition from the SEC.
