Boeing has paused flight tests of its 777X aircraft after finding damage in a structure during routine maintenance. The company grounded three other 777-9 planes as a precaution, but no further flight testing was scheduled. Boeing is replacing the damaged part and working with the FAA and customers. Certification and delivery of the new jetliners, originally set for 2025, could be impacted. CEO Kelly Ortberg aims to steer Boeing past recent safety issues.
