The focus remains on the Fed as PCE inflation data is set to be the main highlight this week. The possibility of a rate cut is hanging in the balance as the Fed remains data-dependent. Personal Income and Outlays report on Friday will provide crucial consumption and pricing data.

Eurozone inflation data will be key for ECB rate cut hopes, as markets expect a rate cut in September. Any disappointment in the flash CPI estimate for August could boost the euro further against the dollar.

Australian and Tokyo CPI data, as well as Canadian GDP figures, will also be closely monitored. The RBA is hoping for progress on inflation, while the Bank of Canada faces rate cut bets depending on the Q2 GDP numbers.
