On September 7, 2024, Onni Bidco notified Innofactor Plc under Finnish Securities Markets Act that its total holding, including through financial instruments, in Innofactor’s shares exceeded 50%. Onni Bidco’s total holding is 50.20% of shares and voting rights, consisting of 10,309,438 direct shares and 7,936,804 through financial instruments. This acquisition was part of a consortium led by CapMan Growth Equity Fund III Ky for a public tender offer for Innofactor shares. The consortium, including co-investor Osprey Capital Oy, aims to take control of Innofactor through the offer, with no obligation for a mandatory public tender due to regulatory exemption.
